Returns
SIMPLE & EASY
1. Notify us within five (5) days* of receipt. For extended returns, your return window is agreed upon at the time of purchase.
2. An insured, pre-paid label for Federal Express, UPS, or USPS instructions will be emailed to you (for US orders).
3. For security, utilize new outer packaging.
4. Please ship back within three (3) days after notification.
5. Your refund is processed the same day as received if the item is in the same condition as you received it.
IMPORTANT
Refunds are issued within 24 hours of receipt if the item is in like condition.
The refund is via the same method as the original payment.
If paid via credit card, allow a few days after processing to reflect on your statement, depending on your issuing bank or credit card company.
We stand by every item we present for sale, as stated. However, a partial refund is not possible if the piece is not satisfactory. You have the option to either receive a full refund or retain your purchase.
Our apologies, but we are unable to refund upgraded shipping charges.
MODIFIED OR ALTERED ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for modified, damaged, or altered items. However, if The Three Graces undertakes any alteration of the jewelry on your behalf (ring sizing, for example), returns and refunds are accepted.
