A ring from the firm, S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd., of Birmingham, England dates to around 1910.
Three radiant blue sapphires combine with four antique diamonds in a trilogy of color and light.
Of 18k yellow gold, the three sapphires equal a total of .52 carats with .12 carats of white diamonds.
A serpentine deeply carved gallery adds to the beauty of this antique ring, no matter the angle of view. It rests low on the finger for easy wear.
