Hurricane Harvey & The Three Graces
Rockport, Texas the site of landfall of the terrible Hurricane Harvey struggles to recover. But it won't go hungry. This small community on the Gulf of Texas is home to approximately 9000 individuals. Much of the area was flattened by intense winds, flooding rains and storm surges during Hurricane Harvey late August of 2017. "Thai How Are You" food truck hit the scene this morning and by mid day, was serving up meals for free. It doesn’t seem that long ago that I was shipping from a carpeted floor and working from a tiny laptop (I still feel this is the reason I need glasses, as it couldn’t have to do with age).
