FAST! Same-day shipping when ordered by 1 PM CST (In most cases!). Shipping is Monday through Friday with delivery Monday through Saturday (special rates apply for Saturday delivery). All shipments arrive in large boxes and are anonymous to preserve surprises and gift-giving.

INSURANCE

FREE! Every package is fully insured with our specialized jewelry insurance carrier. Better still, you receive a full refund right away if lost, damaged, or stolen. Remember after shipping 1000 packages a year for years, problems are very rare.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, even returns are free from anywhere within the US. Click here for further information. Our apologies but due to customs forms and regulations, international buyers pay for return shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Packages may not be shipped to a client via US freight forwarding or consolidator companies.

CUSTOMS

The Three Graces has no authority over a country's local customs department. Usually Federal Express or UPS facilitates customs clearance but the time of delivery may vary if processed or held by customs.

Taxes & Duty

In most countries, no duty is applied to antiques over 100 years old. However, local sales taxes may apply to imported goods. Usually, your country has a website or customs office that can be checked for varying rates, or contact us for details.

The rates below are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change. The Three Graces is not liable for rate changes and the customer is responsible for paying local taxes to the local office of customs. At the time the package is ready to clear customs, the local customs office contacts the client for payment arrangements.

Australia: There is no import tax on items valued under $1000, but an import tax, usually 10% is levied by the Australian government (GST) which applies to items over $1000.

Canada: A local tax of 5% upward is levied on the cost of the item(s).

France: Items over $2500 have a VAT tax of at least 5.5% of the total value of the item(s) added.

Germany: VAT may be added of 19% of the value.

Italy: Items are subject to an IVA tax of 20%.

Japan: An import tax, usually 6% is levied by the Japanese Government.

Netherlands: Items are subject to a VAT tax of 6.2%

United Kingdom: Items are subject to a VAT tax of 20%, usually if over $2500 USD in value.

Country Prohibitions & Exclusions

We are unable to ship to the following countries: Africa, Brazil, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Lithuania, Pakistan, Republic of Georgia, Russia, South Africa, Turkey, and Vietnam, and have limited shipping to Singapore and UAE.

Individual Country Restrictions

The following is a partial list of countries that prohibit the importation of jewelry, antiques, gold, precious stones or precious metals. Therefore, we are unable to ship these goods to the countries listed below. Other countries not listed may have similar restrictions. Contact us for more information.

Austria (gold only); Brazil (antiques, gold, precious metals, precious stones); Cyprus (gold); Denmark (antiques); India (antiques, precious and semi-precious metals, gold); Indonesia (precious metals); Israel (jewelry, precious and semi-precious metals, stones); Lithuania (gold, precious metals, precious stones); Oman (gold only); Pakistan (antiques, jewelry, precious metals and precious stones); Qatar (jewelry); Russia (jewelry, precious metals, precious stones); Turkey (precious metals, diamonds); UAE (cannot be over $1000 if jewelry, gold, precious metals, precious stones, silver).

Lost or Damaged Items

All packages are packed with great care and sent fully insured. In the rare instance that items are lost or damaged in transport please contact us immediately. If damaged, please keep all packing materials.

If UPS or Federal Express was the method of delivery, The Three Graces will contact our private insurance carrier to expedite the claim. If transported using "registered mail" through the U.S. Postal Service, claims are processed through those offices. The Three Graces will assist you in handling your claim and in obtaining reimbursement but is not liable for the claim as funds are sent directly to you from the US Postal Service.
