Story
More than enough inspiration resulted in something far more interesting than a solitaire ring. Yet the impression is tailored and clean.
This is an antique Edwardian 18k yellow gold ring with a vivacious rose cut diamond at its heart. White and bright, it refracts off that shimmering dome of facets.
It has the visual diameter of a .18 carat diamond, although due to its flat underside, in reality, it weighs .13 carats.
Set into an eight-pointed star, the rose cut rests mostly below the surface of the gold for a very low-profile ring.
In a classic setting of 18k yellow gold, the ring dates to circa 1900.
