Blessed by Pope Paul VI, it is a delicate rosary, compact so that it can be placed inside the locket.
The pendant is puffy and opens on the front, hinged on the bottom. It is embossed with the image of Jesus of the Sacred Heart and an engraved border.

Measurements: Rosary is 10 inches total length and the beads are less than 1/8 of an inch in diameter; the cross is 15/16 of an inch long. The case is 1 5/16 inches long in total with fittings, the diameter is 1 1/16 of an inch and a depth of 5/16 of an inch. Weight of 10 grams together.
Hallmarks: Italian marks for 800 silver, Turin mark, and GD.
