SPECIAL MARKDOWN! A Superb Value!
The moon and the stars are yours for the taking, just reach out and pluck them down from the sky...well, from your jewelry box.
A smashing Victorian diamond crescent star is adorned with extra celestial whimsy by the addition of 6 crescent moons. Sixty-seven glorious old mine and rose cut diamonds do their glittering best to light up this stellar brooch pendant.
Just over 2.17 carats in 31 chunky old mine cuts, with the rest rose cuts. These encrust the surfaces with their evanescent magic. Their color average is H-I, and their clarity VS2-SI1.
A few of the smallest grade at lower colors but all look white to the eye, and most of the rose cuts at SI1-3 clarity as is typical.
Victorian, it dates to circa 1870 and was created in silver topped 14k yellow gold.
A removable brooch pendant fitting screws on and off. Likely this had a hair pin fitting now no longer present.
