Story
A form of a day night configuration, these antique Georgian regional Iberian earrings may be worn in two ways.
Created with articulated, three elements, all may be separated from each other. They can be donned long with all the elements attached. Alternately, they can be suspended from the ear with just two parts, for a less ornate look.
Fabricated in 18k yellow gold, these are quintessentially 18th century in every regard. Brazilian table-cut natural emeralds grace each section with their vibrant, true green hues.
Each section is puffed with that eye-catching repoussé work to the front. Beaded borders define the edges and embrace the three shapes.
Entirely handmade, you may simply slide on or off the dangles to choose your mood.
On the reverse, note the subtle textures and engraved lines, along with the original back-to-front ear wires. These are thicker than many modern wires.
