Hard to photograph, and subtle in person, this vintage ring's rock crystal quartz face is carved in intaglio with the images of two crescent moons arching above and below the center diamond.
On each end, a tiny planet appears to be whiz by and a leafed plant reaches upward (and downward).
White on white, the clear white gem is set into icy 14k gold filigree that tells us of two pair of love birds forever frozen in time. Each perch beak to beak on the shoulders and are placed amidst a swirling pierced gallery.
A tiny diamond provides a hint of definition to the center of the rock crystal.
From circa 1930, it is a OOAK ring like no other.
